CORE & More 

This fun and energetic class focuses on strengthening and lengthening the small, stabilizer muscles associated with core muscle groups.  

The class uses props like balls, BOSU's and resistance bands to add instability and challenge your whole body. Dynamic stretching, balance and resistance training are just a few key components.  CORE Strength is low to no impact, therefore any athlete or non-athlete is guaranteed to have a FUN but challenging workout!

TRX Suspension Training 

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. 

Ladies Who Lunch 

Have a group of girlfriends that you enjoy lunching with?  Why not work out together and then go to lunch?  The food tastes so much better after you've burned some calories.    

The class uses props like balls, BOSU's, Magic Circle's and resistance bands to add instability and challenge your whole body. The working level of the class will be determined by the participants,   

Beyond the Mat

No impact, floor based exercises with the addition of props.  

Roll OUT

Learn to love your foam roller.  In this class we will explore self-myofascial release as well as exercises on the roller.  The use of 6" X 36" roller allows for many more core exercises to be executed.
